1. The service
365Games is an online entertainment service that gives you access to a catalogue of more than 500 browser-based games. The games run directly in your mobile browser - there is nothing to download or install.
2. Ordering and price
The service is a single-tariff (one-time) service ordered by premium SMS. To order, send the keyword OBTINE 79621 to the short number 1253. The price of the service is 3.62 EUR incl. VAT (2.99 EUR excl. VAT) on Orange, Telekom Romania Mobile and Digi Mobile, and 3.53 EUR incl. VAT (2.92 EUR excl. VAT) on Vodafone. The message you send to 1253 is charged at 0.06 EUR incl. VAT. This is not a recurring subscription; you are not billed on an ongoing basis. Full per-operator pricing is set out on the carrier information page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and be the holder of the mobile account used to order, or have the explicit consent of the legal holder of the SIM card. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case.
4. The parties
This website and the 365Games service are operated and provided by Telefuture Antilles N.V., Cas Coraweg 115, Willemstad, Curacao (registration 0743-7313-1133-9760).
5. Acceptable use
